Commission Charged on cancelled bookings

I have two cancelled bookings on my current invoice that i'm being charged commission on.

I disputed that but my disputes were rejected.  I have no control over guests who cancel their bookings so i don't understand why i'm being charged commission on income i didn't make.  

Please correct this so that I can pay my invoice asap.

how exactly did you cancel the bookings ?


because if you or the guest did not follow the right procedure and use the extranet or guest account website to do it , its not cancelled.


so for example if the request to cancel was just a message or phone call or email between both of ye thats not enough for a cancelled reservation.
