Commission Charges - ***

Dear Booking.com Team 

I have cancelled a booking and refunded the guest. The booking number is ***, we marked the card as invalid, however the account still shows commission. may i please ask that this is waivered with urgency. This is a cancellation due to COVID-19 travel ristrictions.
