Are you using 'Payments by booking.com'? If so the payment fee will be the charge for them processing your payments, they don't do it for free. If not please explain in a bit more detail or ask the help team, as this is partner forum and we do not know your setup.

I rent out my house and apartment so it is regarding the pay out.
This is the partner forum, so I am another hotelier and I cannot see your set up or your payment terms and policies so this really doesn't give me any idea of how to help further.
