1) I have an information from you payment department concerning a balance of a VCC of $ 138. I have not received this VCC, so please could you resend. Can we now cash this credit via payrex or direct transfer to my account?
2) Can we put on the system our apartment Bella Vista in order to catch up the loss we have this year.

First clear the money owed by using the bank transfer or payment info under Financial Overview in Extranet.
Then once it clears and you can monitor Finance menu options to see, you can then likely update calendar, if service has been suspended.
