I am an owner in the UK and am finding it impossible to talk to a person at Bokking.com to ask a very important question? I cannot get on live chat, I've tried to call but I need a confirmation number, I asked for email to give me confirmation number but nothing on it, I've tried Facebook, tier Pulse and inbox nothing. How do I get to ask a very important question this is infuriating?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
