Contact Number - Australia

Hi, 

We have not been paid any of our payouts from Booking.com Since March... I have check and all our account details are correct and they have issued the payout invoices but we have not got anything.. 

I have tried contacting them soo many times and never get a reply.

Does anyone have a contact phone number or email I can try.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Danielle, Booking.com are one of the most difficult companies I’ve ever had to deal with. There is a phone number but you may as well talk to a brick wall for all the help they will give you. It’s either they don’t know or don’t want to know. I think it’s a script they read from with the end result being do it yourself online. Similarly online, they have a template reply that does not answer your question at all. Very very frustrating!!! Sometimes they even make up a charge and deduct it from your account. It is wrong and crazy…
