Coronavirus cancellation policy
Does anyone know what the policy and procedure for refunding guests who booked a non-refundable rate, but have cancelled due to the Corona Virus outbreak? The guests are travelling from the UK to the UK. Are there any commission charges or service charges connected to the cancellation? Thanks to anyone who can advise me.
