covid restrictions- have to cancel a booking

This is all new to me and i need to cancel due to a restriction in my area but unsure how to, i think i have changed policies to not charge customer in policies but do i need to request it or the customer.

Its either or , of ye can request, but always better to have the guest do it themselves on the main website.


Or You message them first to notify

Then click on request Cancel, on the details page of the reservation.

Choose option 2, wait for notification to guest to be confirmed by them by clicking a link.

Once they do if anything prepaid to BdC at checkout, it will be refunded in full.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
