Craven Heifer

I have just received another invoice from booking.com for the sum of 54 pounds which I don't understand when we are on a global lockdown with services nobody can use why is this since the 20th March I have been closed by the government not by choice. I also would like say that I have had a gentleman Mr *** *** that had booked through booking.com 2 rooms 170 pounds to stay with me on the 16th May which of course he could not use and I did not take any payment as there was a global lockdown but payment had been taken from him and booking .com told him that I had to get in touch with you as you needed authorization from me to approve a refund I really don't understand why I need to authorize this as no payment has been made  to me if you could please look into this for me.

You have posted this on the partner forum so it is not possible for us to resolve an invoice issue.  It would be better for you to contact the booking.com help team using the Inbox icon on Extranet.
