Credit after successful dispute of charges

I had a successful dispute whereby Booking.com promised a credit. My outstanding payment is now overdue, but the outstanding amount did not change. How is a credit awarded and the outstanding amount reduced? I cannot find any contact details for Booking.com and the toll free number we used to call in South Africa no longer works!

use the 3 phone options below, make sure to send a message first to make it logged as a case first.


then use the private number or the list of public numbers.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
