Credit card terminal
Hello I do not have credit card terminal. I do know where to put that the guest kan cancel free. Other wise I will lost money! If they do not come . I do not have the possibility to recover if the reserve without credit card.
There are not more employees in booking as before. So no one to call. What happen with the reservations where the guest prepaid?? Should they pay me in cash by arrival?? Its totally confusing this system. Unfair.
