credit did not arrive after 10 days
Greeted everyone!
I am waiting for a credit from my last stay ( 12-14 June) on June 19th. The assistance told me that I had to wait 10 working days but, being July 3rd they passed for the credit is not there. I rewrote assistance via extranet but I wonder what more can I do?
