CT Card details

Good morning,

how can i check if our policy regarding CT cards is correct. We require RSA guests to add their Ct cards when the book.

we just had guests, Booking.COM ID = 3993797757 that booked without CT card details.

please help.

Hi Elphia!

You need to check the settings at Property - Policies - Credit card exeptions. There are exeptions you agree not to tace guest's credit card details.

If you have chosen some exeptions and this reservation meets the conditions, there could be no credit card details.

You can change these settings anytime.
