customer did not came 3 bookings a re done long back but customer did not came

we got invoice to pay but customer did not came here and they did not cancelled the bookings also 

this is our fnew experience so please help me with this

For now, you should directly contact to booking.com customer service for this invoice.

Please note if the guests did not check in on their arrival date, you need to mark their booking as no-show. Otherwise, the booking will be counted as confirmed booking and invoice will be issued for this reservation.

To mark no-show, please log in your Extranet account. Go to this reservation page and tick on "Mark as no-show" on the right side of booking page.
