Customer refunds from booking.com
Hi everyone, how long does it take for a refund to be sent back to the guest if they have cancelled the booking? They are asking me for the refund but Booking.com is handling my payments on my listing.
Should I have done something on my side?
If BdC took the payment at reservation time ,then simply and only, direct them to BdC customer care on the main website, its not for you to manage,
Direct them to https://www.booking.com/ and they click on (?) to start the process.
In general the time taken will vary based on multiple variables, but ballpark 2 weeks.
Reminder Partner Support will never see this.

Does the customer need to do anything to get issued a refund following a No Show?
In this case I have offered to return payment, and now the customer is chasing me 24 hours later saying their refund has not arrived. It would be helpful to know if I advise the guest to do something, or i need to do something, or can tell them confidently that their refund will be with them in x days.

Help!!! I try to pay booking.com of my booking hotel but booking.com keeps telling me its fail to procees as i successfully key in my TAC. However when i check my bank savings account, i noticed that Booking.com had deduce money from my bank account although Booking.com failed to proceed.
Now i requesting a refund .. it is so hard to find the customer service thing which i can make complaint.
Please! Booking.com refund my money! :(... It is a very big value for me.. i lost so much money to Booking.com

Good news: I got refunded! Booking.com is a TRUSTWORTHY app! Thankyou Booking.com. I will write a good review after this then!
I do not know how it happened and how it works, I think maybe I need to be more patient and calmer next time for the refund.
