Customers books a room with discount but is charged in fully when he pays

Hello,

I have a customer that have booked a room based on the proposal on the picture, it is 332 Euro for 3 nights at B&B Ask Lily (Belgium) (this was send by the customer) but when he paid the fee, he hasn't noticed that he was charged with 390 Euro. 

Now the thing is that for the moment we do not give discounts and the normal price is 390 Euro. It is then so strange to see that booking.com is showing a price that isn't a fee that we gave to booking.com.

The customer have written to booking.com but no reaction received.

Has anyone has experience with this ?

Righ so, when you hover over a the price column it will actually give a price break down that explains it very simply.

 

also check your promos for mobile rate 10% enabled, and if you are Genius enabled.
