Damage Deposit

Hi Everyone,

My house is set up as: Currently, your property is only eligible to accept damage deposits through cash payments. Why is this? Amy I able to change it to an online deposit? My friend who has been a member for a longer period of time is set up this way. I am not sure if I can get around this situation as I live far away from my property and will not be able to collect the deposit. Have any of you managed to get around this situation?
