How are you processing credit card or paypal damage deposits if those options are selected?

  • that sounds like 3rd party methods so that would mean you do it yourself with those services.
  • such as define the process into the message template - New Reservation
    • add time limit also
    • so when they are fake or potential no shows, and fail to prepay, you get to smash that Request Cancel button and choose option1 to void it.
    • then phone partner support to expedite so inventory count released.
