Delayed payment and no response from booking.com

Is everything ok with booking.com? 

Have been waiting for payment and nothing received, have sent 3 emails and no reply. 

Am considering cancelling all bookings as would prefer to rent on another platform rather than risk no being paid. 


Anyone in the same situation?

I am very sorry that you are experiencing payment delays. 


In this case, I can kindly suggest you to send a message to our finance team from your extranet inbox by adding a subject line such as "payments" or "invoices".


Or maybe other partners here might be able to share some advice.


I hope that it will be resolved soon!

I have done that, 3 times over the last 5 days. They don't reply.
