delayed payment, no answer from Booking

I don't know what I can do, I have clients who left my house the 4/6/21, and Booking is still not paying me for that reservation. I called them a few times , they always tell the same : we are sending your message to the correct department, you have to wait,.. I also sent a complaint a receive no answer. I sent a message to the credit/payment department and just received a "sorry for the invonvenience, wait more" message. 

I now receive the invoice to pay the commission for this reservation before 18/7/21. How is that possible ? Booking is not paying me (we are talking about more than 1000€), but I need to pay them the commission on time ? 

I paid, for that reservation, cleaning invoice, invoices for electricity, water, internet,.. We are suffering from the Covid situation since more than a year. We need to get our payment to be able to continue our activity. What a shame Booking cannot give professionnal service. 

What can I do more to get my money ? Except calling them every 5 days because I receive no answer ? If you have an idea, please share it. All competitors of Booking are so professionnal in comparison.

tagging Communities Team  to try escalate.

 

I would keeping sending messages to Partner Support (not finance team as thats pointless , they already know) every 3-5 days.

 

I would tell PS team that you will not be paying any invoice until they pay you too.

in fact they normally deduct the commission before sending payment.

  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Thanks but I already did all this, I already sent a message via the contact form, a complain, and I had already 3 different persons on the phone. 

I have sent now a third message.

I pay a commission so Booking can proceed to the payment but it is chaotic. It is not the first time I have problems with Booking and its rules. Nothing change.

I hope they will give me an answer and proceed to payment soon. I will write updates on this chat, maybe it can help others partners.

Having issuses getting payed from booking.com myself. I have been in contact with them by phone and messaging every day, sometimes several times per day, the past 16 days, still no change to my problem. Terrible partner service.

I received a notification they will pay at next payout but see still nothing.. wait and see ..
