Deposit payment and changing payment currency

Dear all,

I have registered my property (Serbia) 2 days ago. And need help since my questions can not be answered or the recommendation on how to solve it, does not work.

1. I need my guests to pay 50% upfront after reservation, so I have a guarantee/ deposit that won't be paid back to the customer in case they cancel their reservation after free cancellation time. I do not have the option for any other payment than cash or bank.

2. I need to change the currency from EUR to Serbian Dinnars (RSD) because I do not want to lose any money due to the currency exchange rate. Plus, my bank account is in RSD.

PLEASE help me asap hot to fix this.

  • define time limit to prepay before reservation voided
  • define prepay process and methods
    • BACS or IBAN bank account info
    • paypal invoice
    • paypal.me link
    • other 3rd party pay link
  • Location of the property determines the currency usually, you may be able to request it via Partner Support.
