different commission rates

Hello Everyone,

I have a questions about commissions. As you know booking cutting commission every reservation has been made. My commission rate is %15 and this month from my 2 reservation they cut %23 commission and I don't know what is the reason of it. if anybody know I will be more than appreciated.

The only way commission usually differs is if features like visibility booster are enabled and preferred partner.

Check those features are not enabled or what % they have set. Under opportunity section.
