Different payment info according to guest

Hi, our first guest ever is about to come to our house soon. He says he got the information that he should pay us cash at arrival. But we have registered to use payment through Booking. And in the reservation we see the info that it is already payed. How come we and the customer have different information?

If you already had Payments By Booking active and not just went active after he booked or on day of. The reservation details page should show both Payment Status and scroll down to see and click on it to expand and see the breakdown.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
