Dispute commission
I am attempting to dispute the 28 bookings from April 2022 where the guests were not charged, but we were still charged commission. For 25 of them I am able to get to the final step for submitting them, but then I get stuck as the system keeps telling me that an unexpected error occurred and to try again later. I have done so several times over the past 2 hours and it still won't submit. The other two bookings will not allow me to select them and I need them to be removed as the Hotel did not collect for the bookings and at this point there is no way for us to. I need to speak with someone who can help me with this as the call center keeps telling me that they need to call me back later.
