Does anyone hasn't receive payout dated 29 Dec 2022 and payout dated 05 Jan 2023?

Its already up to 10 days from payout dated 29 Dec 2022 but I still hasnt receive payment.. any method to contact account payable team? I have emailed them but seems to get the same reply which is to wait...

On your property's extranet page, go to: Messages > Booking Messages > at the bottom of the page in the right corner: see contact options.

I also had some late payments. But I called by phone and in 4 days they deposited the shortfall.

Haven't received my payment either. Payment usually show up in my account by day 2, it is now 10 days and now I'm being told to wait 17 days. The guest has already checked in and checked out, I'm still waiting!

Hi Diden, I have sent many messages and the Partner Support Team has sent messages for me to credit control too but there is no reply at all for the message I sent 7 days ago. If there are issues of the system, at least we should be informed what actually is happening instead of ignoring us. That is extremly rude and no respect to your business partners, especailly when Booking.com has breached the business agreement of paying within 10 days. 

I do not see Booking.com can go too far with this type of attitude towards your partners. We are your products. Without us, you have nothing to sell.

So many of us didn't get paid for our December bookings, and no one was able to contact at least one adequate person. We are just like helpless children in front of the system. I really hope this situation gets resolved! can you give me the email contact of an employee who could consider a complaint regarding the delay in payments, I have written messages on the extranet a hundred times and receive only automatic replies, and by phone in my country it is impossible to get through. I will be very grateful if you give such contact.

I think you have to call the number listed for your country and then ask to speak to a manager about a missing payment. They then call you back either from Spain or Hong Kong.  Emails and messages just don’t seem to get actioned.

In Romania I am waiting for 17 days now for the payment of December 2022 and I got only answers like: money  was send but of course that is not true.

I must delist my property I guess, the sooner the better.

It is really worrying. The asked me to wait too and Booking.com is owing more than £3000. I can hardly run my business by this type of delay. There is just no reply from the credit control team although many messages have been sent. And it impacted on two accounts I have with Booking.com. It looks like to me Booking.com has cash flow issue. 

Does anyone know anything about it?

My payment from the 7/8th January has still not been received, even though I've had a payment for a check in the week later.   This suggests, as does all the messages on this thread, that the error lies with booking.com.   I've called and Sent many messages but without any resolution.  I can't even get the payment transaction number so I can get my bank involved.   This is such poor service from a company that depend on us for their own business success.  
 

UPDATE:  after speaking to a very efficient manager on Friday 27th Jan, I received my payment on 28th Jan.  Hang in there guys, they seem to pay eventually!

I called the booking.com number listed for my country which is the UK.  They then phoned me back (for security) and that was a Spanish number.  I insisted on speaking to a manager as they are the people that can make things happen.

Phone call.  I just insisted to speak to a manager about a missing payment as only managers can take action.  I called to a UK number and they phoned me back fro Spain and once from Hong Kong.

Same here I’m from Egypt and the payment from 27 december issued on 15 January never been received till today which is 27 January. Contacted the finance team many times with no response. This is my first booking with booking.com and I’m having second thoughts of wanting to continue as a partner :(

same to me, i have not received the payments for January yet they sent me invoice to pay commission for January. when i get the contacts to call them, they don't go through.

Me too! Same here... guest prepaid in july 2022 for a reservation on jan 2023, but it's Feb 13th and I still haven't received my payment! Tried to call them and 4 office phone numbers in my country don't answer or don't exist!

Payout statement says: Payout date 1 Feb 2023 and Booking's commission has already been deducted on Feb 3rd 2023.

Yet on 13 Feb 2023 no payment received! :(

I have been chasing up payment which shows as sent on 5th January 2023. I was told that it was payments on 12th January 2023 that had issues, obviously that is not the case. Bizarrely I have had two guests come and gone and been paid after this.

There needs to be better communication. I am looking at other platforms. This is not worth the hassle and stress, got plenty of other pieces of paperwork to do. 

I usually use Booking.com to book hotels but again will check elsewhere.

I have received it on 3rd of January...Better call the bank, I think there is some issues...Booking payments seems to work just fine.

To call the bank and  ask what??  Booking doesnt provide any reference about the payout, nothing , even I repeatidlly asked them for this, so , in my opinion is just a matter of time to have payment issues with them.

I have eventually been paid from 5th Jan.

Your bank cannot do anything about it.

Booking.com have to chase up there bank.

Keep on messaging and phoning Booking.com.

Yes my bank has nothing to do, as I stated to booking many-many  times...they even asked me official proof from my bank  that I've not been credited, can you imagine  that?!  Strategy to postpone or to not pay anymore?

I miss my money  for 2 months of reservation December last year  and January.
