Double booking
In four years, this has never happened but we’ve had a dbl booking. Air Bnb booking came in first and minutes later a booking.com one came in. How do I get booking.com to refund the guest?

Actually you just direct the guest to their booking.com account and have them request the cancelation, and waive the cancel fee, literally that simple.
If guest not responding then do it your self in details page- request Cancel
