Downloading money from virtual card

Hello there, i would like to ask you about my current problem with virtual card from where I want to download my money. When I am on step where I have shown  virtual card details, there is no button or follow instructions what to do next. I just se CVC and bank details and so on, but what to do next I don’t know.

I will be very happy if you can help me with it.

That is between you and the Payment gateway Provider aka Merchant account provider you have setup.


e.g. sumup.com, payrexx.com ,. stripe.com, square, izettle etc


Its important to ask them for how you ca nbe setup for charging remote CC and VCC as an accomodation provider.


different merchant type such as accomodation use a certain merchant ID that the provider activates and allows it.




Reminder Partner Support will never see this.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
