I have requested a guest to cancel due to Corona Virus and blockout started at 00:00 on 27 March in Sout Africa. He left this afternoon and I need to refund him for 1 night’s accommodation. I also whant to block the guest from my establishment due to not keeping to the houseruels, soiled the linin and leaving the arlpartment in a mess. Glasses broken in livingroom and stains left on carpet. I don’t want to refund him with 1 nigts stay thats been cancelled.
You can report guest misconduct. I believe after the actual date of check out. Hold on to the refund cause you might get nothing back..even if you report.. nothing might happen good luck
