When you set up the rate you say how much per booking, then add in an additional charge for any extra people. You can do a bulk update using Rates, Calendar
Thanks Sharon, however it all seems locked on 5 guests as this is the total number of beds. Plus...there is only a reduction option for 1-3 guests and not an increase option. All very strange and constricting.
I have tried setting up a Rate again from scratch however as it is a whole house, the default is based on the total number of beds.
