In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
Choose Account
Now choose Other
Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
Wow...it took a lot of pain to figure out how to pay these invoices! What I had to do was click on the property (I have several) then find the invoice, click on it to open, then Finance.
So there were 2 steps missing, you have to be a genius to pay invoices!!
