Facing problems in receiving money

Till Feb 18th Booking.com was Awesome, perfect in sending payments to hosts, but after 18th Feb I have lost around 20-30k due to booking.com not sending money to bank. I tried to charge via the guests credit card,. But that also doesn't show full details most of the time, and if it displays it shows only after Cancellation or next date of check in, guests receive OTP but they don't tell it to Charge their card, hence, I lose money. What is the resolution??
