THE FACT THAT NO ONE IS HELPING AND POSTING MY PAYMENT FROM OCTOBER

I made a large payment and it was accepted 10-3-23. I have both the confirmation from Booking.com and from my bank. It was never posted to my account and they closed my bookings. NO ONE IS RESPONDING to my requests for help, I have spoken to at least 15 different people at the company who never call me back. I am seriously finished with this JUNK company!! Trying to scam me out of thousands saying I never paid them.  I am completely stuck as no one seems to work in the US at this company any more - there are no supervisors, no one to assist. Terrible customer service.
