Fake bookings, friendly notice

Hi we are getting more and more obvious fake bookings from your Kenya website, they are fake because -you cant reach those guests, 

-they are like last minute or short term, they only come from within Kenya, so they are obviously relatives to stafff

-they never come,

-they have no excuses

- the no-show buttton on those bookings is blocked for days so you cant cancel

- we have to pay the reservation fee as the credit dept does not acknowledge the no show even telling them in time that the guests did not come

We blocked our listing to avoid further nuicance and will post this internationally

that sounds very bizarre. given you say you are giving plenty of notice .


have you actually spoken to partner support or message ?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
