Fake & Fraud Bookings.
There are a lot of fake & fraud bookings being made on booking.com
Due to high turnover of front office staff, we were not able to mark a few bookings as fraud and invalid. Booking.com then sent us invoices for all these fake bookings. After complaining to the customer service a few times, they have declined our request to cancel invoices for these fraud bookings.
What booking.com is doing is very unfair for all booking.com partners. There should be a way to block these fraudsters from booking rooms all over on booking.com
Our property has been closed since then on booking.com and they refuse to reopen till we pay for the commission for these fake bookings.
