A false reservation due to hacking guest

I had a reservation beginning november. Guest did exists but had no idea there was a reservation made in his name.his account was hacked I informed booking about this. Marked it as no show but I still received an invoice from

how do I cancel the invoice.

Posting an action request  will not result in any action at all, here.



1. Theres no such thing as hacking a guest account , thats a myth, sounds like they are chancing their arm. No one needs to do that when its so easy to make a fake registration anyway.


2. No Show, simply mark as No Show, then message support with reference to say their did not prepay, and it will be resolved in time. Or use the reservation statement list  and tic k the dispute option.

Literally that simple.

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘ messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’
