hello, I have a problem long time now since 11 of April and it is urgent. I have pay two times for an invoice and finances department didn’t respond after the 10 days. I have sent a message to complain department and they never respond as well the helpdesk can do nothing because itis waiting from the finance department. I have from 11th of April till today minimum 40 minutes on the phone. I have send the invoice I paid I have sent very safe from booking.com I have sent again second time one more payment because the amount is €7.02. so I decide to pay two times just for the process and someone to reply to me quicker and open my business. The customer service it’s extremely bad because you cannot speak direct to the person to help you. could you please help me?
