Finance Department

Anybody got a quick way on how to contact the finance department. Booking.com has taken extra commission off some of my bookings with no documents or explanation as to why. Trying to contact them on the phone is like trying to get blood from a stone. I have been on hold twice for over an hour each time and then the phone cuts off

Thank you Jarratt to give advice in this matter. 

I have the same problem. I tried to contact the way you mentioned first. I have send the question end June. Got a totally not helpful answer end July. I have send the same question again begin August. Still no answer. 

But as the stay of my guests is finished, I tried now your second option. Not possible to choose a reason that fits on the problem, but just clicked an option and explained I couldn't choose a good option as reason. Then you must give a calculation of the amount you want to discuss. The calculation that is offered by Booking is not useable. But I made a sort of calculation that ends up in the amount I want to discuss. So very curious if they will answer on this one????

But my conclusion about Booking now: very sad communication. I also waited an hour to get phonecontact about the VAT issue, I have no VAT number, but no option to mention that. A lot of the same quesions about it on this forum, but Booking is completely unreachable. 

If you have some explanation about the unreachability of Booking I would be glad to hear. Big commission to pay, but 0% service. So that is my biggest question: What is going on with Booking???? 

Officialy I must be paid 6/8 as I read the payment rules. Still no payment until now. So I hope Booking will at least make the payment, as I see a lot of payment problems too on this forum...

Correction on last item: Booking has payed. Forgot Booking is sending the money to my French bancaccount. So my own mistake... Booking payed on time. 

But still the commission is 17% instead of the previous 15%. And what is new, they send now the amount of tourist tax to me???? I had a lot of problems to make the tourist tax correct for my chalet. It was not charged for previous guests, but they convinced me that this was no problem, even if it was not mentioned well by Booking they would be responsable to pay the tourist tax directly to the gouvernment. So now I'm very surprised they pay me the tourist tax now??? As they always told me they earn the tourist tax and pay it directly to the gouvernment?? So annoying you can not reach Booking just to ask some explanation.

Hi Jarrett, I have send messages and just get a unhelpful response and not an explanation. I try ringing and nobody answers and then phone cuts off. I have requested a call from management but I do not receive one. Customer service is shocking considering you earn so much money off my properties. Is there a phone number where I can speak to someone that actually gets answered or a way to contact a manager?
