I'm facing issues with making commission payment and also have some questions regarding the tax payment.
Also need help with adding the prepayment to my property and deleting one of the properties.
Getting through to a dedicated agent or a valid phone number for your country ( mine is India) is such a hassle at Booking.com

To set up a prepayment policy, navigate to the Property tab > Policies and edit your cancellation policy to include prepayment conditions. Please note that for new listings, there will be some restrictions in place that may prevent prepayment from being taken until the listing has been trust verified. This means that the property has been location verified and it has reached a number of stayed bookings and paid invoices.
If your properties are listed in separate listings, to terminate the contract of any one listing, you can send a message via the Extranet through the Inbox tab > Booking.com messages (easy to follow the guide that BrookAve has helpfully shared).
For any commission related questions, it would be best to reach out to our Credit Control team via the messaging system. Please ensure you select the right topic 'Finance' to ensure your message is sent to them directly.

Greetings, after a waiting period for not explaining the reason why our payment has been blocked so far, and this is a reason for us a significant loss and psychological and material damage... We are sending you now based on what has been clarified on the reservations, our payments due will be transferred on August 15, 2022, and will not be made any transfer, please explain when our payments will be sent.. or a clear reason why our payments will not be sent. If we are not answered within 48 hours from now, we are sorry, we will consider it a fraud, trampling and usurping the rights of others without any reason. We will go and write an official document to the relevant authorities and the courts
Hi Mustafa, any update in this issue? We have the same problem with Booking.com.
There is no any new updates and there is no transparency and no credibility through them , I sent many times no answer, and I am in this issue from 20th of july 2022 ,what about you .
