The guest did not come (which of course was a fake reservation) the guest did not make a payment and canceled the reservation the next day, but now I have received a bill for a full accommodation commission.

I received an invoice from 3 guests who did not show up at all. I disputed the invoice and it says that it is being reviewed. I want to contact guests if they have stayed in my apartments to make sure the invoiced amount is a mistake.

Do not contact guests about invoices from Booking.


Extranet > Finance > Reservations Statements, use the dispute feature to mark them.


Message BdC the No Shows so the invoicing can be reconciled.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
