We paid all the bills and contacted the concerned department, but they send Auto answer reply message to us . This is strange. The company was not like this
many messages was sent to contact us or call us, but no body care This is reflected in the services provided by company this is my number ***

On a side note, some of the possible issues that I can think of:
- Check your Extranet >> Inbox >> Booking.com Messages
- Check that your number is correct (Extranet >> Account (Top left hand corner) >> Contact Details)
