Financial Department doesn't answer
Hello!
I try desperately to reach the Financial Dept. from the 5th of November, but nobody answers the phone, nor emails, nor messages from the "inbox" section of the extranet.
I have made the payment for the commission, but my properties are still restricted. I need to see if there are outstanding amounts and the value of them.
How can I reach somebody there??

This is a very serious issue and needs to be addressed .

This "technical issue" prevents the Financial Department to answer messages or take calls???

yes this is a generic response and does not answer my complaint .
I have been charged twice for commission .
Called emailed and now complaint through dispute resolution .
no response .
Do you have a link to full complaints process ?
Customer support respond about general queries the finance department do not .
I just saw your message s from 10 months ago.
I'm facing a similar situation and i wonder if you can share how long did it take you to resolve your problem.
And what did you do to resolve it.
