First Reservation. How do I get paid and how do I collect from the guest?
Hi, I just received my first booking. But I got confused because my guest called me and asked me about how he will pay me. Can someone help me?
Does booking.com collects the reservation amount and pays me? Or do I collect the balance and I transfer to booking.com.
If booking.com collects and pay me. I am supposed to charge only the extra fees and damages fees?
I am going to tag as urgent as I need to response my guest tomorrow.

How the guest pays will depend on your setup and if you have setup that booking.com collects the payment. If not then you need to collect it yourself, either eftpos or cash. If you are a brand new listing it is unlikely they will be doing your payment collection yet.
