Yes as i have discovered all of the messages sent via xtranet are screened by the local managers then either reacted to or redirected to the relevant department
so all of my messages sent via xtranet are not getting to the relevant dept because the local manager is filtering them out
hence the reason i was looking for a direct email or phone number i could call

The Cab was at the airport and waited for him for more than two hours . he later called saying he is stuck at the airport saying the immigration needed Kenya Shilling he asked me to send him ksh4860 about $40 and he will refund , I noticed is a scam and told him I cant. But he already contact my driver to ask for the same and he was sent. He said he was coming out but after ten minutes of waiting he said he was confused the amount payable was ksh 8640 and he needed a further ksh 3600. After realizing the driver did pay him earlier I told him dont pay anymore and report him to money service provider. I have to pay the cab fee plus waiting as well as the amount he was paid totalling to $80.
I hope there is a mechanism within Booking .com that shields it important partners and re-imburse for loss incured as a result of a booking that came through this platform

In the same time at 16:55 EET, our user account with the userid 2228452 "Centru de Recreere Kentaur" belonging to our company Kentaur SRL, VAT-Id RO20121040 has been removed unauthorized, and the primary email contact office@kentaur-farm.ro ha been removed.
Please review this problem, and set us our properties back.

BDC has a special group that forms the fraud department. If you look for home and contact and phone them , they will forward you.
If too busy on the phone, try to go to the Extranet , then Inbox, then tell them your question and send it.
The team should get back to you. Give them your full name and name of property / number of property too to get quick reply.
