Welcome to the PARTNER community.

You are not addressing BdC support Team.

You can do this yourself by simply :

Open the reservation
On right pane options, choose cancel
Select , Guest requested.
System emails the Guest.
Guest then can cknowledge it with option of requesting Waive cancellation fee
Email sent to you to waive the fee , for 100% refund.
You click to agree in the email, not in the extranet.
The website loads and you confirm Accept
