The French Peanut

A guest arrived to book in after we had requested a cancellation for this booking. We allowed the guest to book in as we had no confirmation from Booking.Com that the reservation was cancelled. our Pulse app shows an arrival and departure for this guest but zero monetary value. I have sent a number of messages to Booking.Com to query this but thus far no response.

Hi! Allet, so sorry to hear about your struggles.

Have you tried to use your computer...maybe Pulse app has stuck.

I think you should keep on trying to contact BDC...have you tried to call your local BDC office.
