I am requiring some assistance with reservation ***  ***.

When the guest checked in we noticed that the rate has been changed by booking.com and there for it is showing another rate in our system.

We will need verification for why this rate has been changed and confirmation of the new rate so that we will be able to proceed with the refund for the guest.

Hi Clair. 

Probably call the BDC finance department. They will assist. They can look into your situation via computer, we can't.
