This is the partner community forum, not a direct channel to the BdC support.

 

For this you need to go to the Extranet dashboard, where you can make the changes youself.

 

Also under the Inbox menu is Booking.com Messages, in there click on Contact Us.

This will reveal phone number and message option. due to the nature of the request you should use the phone number.

If you do not do this no one will call that number above.

 

 

Also under the top circle menus on right is Account, under there is Contacts where you can update. set new email addresses if needed. for frontdesk, General Manager etc..
