Genius discount

I have a client that believes he has been quoted to much for his stay according to his booking.com reservation page. Who do I or he need to contact to query this thanks Kelly

erm , no one , as its your listing why would you entertain this at all?

If they made a booking or have only given the dates searched and didnt like the price and then had the neck to contact you to reduce it.....

 

You should do that same search on your listing page see what the price options are and decide ok yes thats alot more than I intended, then you go and update your rate plan or just adhoc change it in calendar or with bulk edit tool.

  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
