Genuous discount applied wrongly to my property
I can't find a phone number of help center Bookig.com in my extranet page :-(
The problem is that one of my guests changed the dates of the reservation and suddenly Genus 10% discount was applied to him and he got discount of 350 eur on his reservation which is crazy. He already booked the place and just wanted one night less. What I can do? I want to call Booking to explan them to remove this discount and I told the client this is a mistake.
How to call Booking. HELP.
