Genuous discount applied wrongly to my property

I can't find a phone number of help center Bookig.com in my extranet page :-( 

The problem is that one of my guests changed the dates of the reservation and suddenly Genus 10% discount was applied to him and he got discount of 350 eur on his reservation which is crazy. He already booked the place and just wanted one night less. What I can do? I want to call Booking to explan them to remove this discount and I told the client this is a mistake.

How to call Booking. HELP.

So i'm going to cut straight to it, Genius Discounts are not applied wrongly, its actually how you thought it works ,is wrong, and misunderstood...

Notre: the price displayed is the price paid, you should never try to alter a booking that is already placed, unless there is a significant difference due to a mistake on how you defined it unknowningly.

But there is no guarantee the Guest will agree to alter it, nor do they have to both legally and morally.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Thank you for your reply. Your answer and where to find a phone numbers was very helpful. Thank you very much for recording a video. 

I called Booking.com support and the problem is solved. It was a mistake at the end that Genius discount was active few days for my account. We didn't want this for our listing since it is doing very well and we are fully booked for the summer.

10% discout was applied to the existing guest becasue he just rebooked his dates. The discount is removed now with the agreement of our guest.
