Getting access to Payments By Booking.com
Hello everyone,
I manage 8 different properties on booking.com. And from the beginning 6 of them uses Payments by booking.com. I listed the other 2 properties on booking.com this year, one of them was around February and the other one was in April. It's been several months now and these 2 particular properties are still not eligible for Payments by Booking.com. I have talked to the customer service like 20 times now and TBH they couldn't give me a solution to this, just keep saying everything looks good on their end I'll just have to wait for booking.com to send me an invitation to join.
My question is, is there something I did wrong for these 2 latest properties? Or did they change policies this year? (all the other 6 properties were listed back in 2020-2021, and they got invitation right after the property was live). I went back and forth a number of times to check all my policies and settings but everything looks good to me.
Is anyone facing the same issue or had it resolved? Would really appreciate any help and suggestion.

It seems it is a new policy from the beginning of this year, I have the same issue with the Virtual Credit Card (VCC) not available in a property listed last April (but for another one listed last January, it is ok). And no one when I call seems to know anything about that, which is very strange.
sorry to hear that and yeah it's very frustrating that customer service has very small knowledge about these.
